It’s been awhile, how long? i can’t even recal. But I’m back!

The second half of Spring semester has started and I’ve taken a bunch of more classes.  Not much has been going on since that fateful day, however, I can say that we are doing decent right now. Not many troubles have come up and I feel that as long as my soul is unwavering perhaps a better future awaits us.

I’ve been really into the PS3 game Valkryia Chronicles lately, I bought it last Christmas but only got around to playing it a week ago. The battle system was really neat and the visuals were breathtaking, can’t wait to see how the story ends.

Apparently though, an anime version is coming out in April. I’m excited, but the art style for the anime really doesn’t do the series justice.

My favorite music group of all time, Epik High released a new album yesterday. The main draw of this album is that they have moved away from their music label and are producing/distributing it all themselves on their website.

The MV for the title song is rather unique and the book album is rather inexpensive (20 dollars) considering all the content it gives. I hear that on the album there will be english versions of a few of the tracks, I’m excited to see how our stanford major composed it. Can’t wait till mine arrives.

Tablo releaed his english book with his essays/stories in them called Pieces of You earlier in the month. I got my copy in recently and it is pretty soul inspiring stuff.

Rain seems to be in alot of trouble these days, from a court case to now pizza hut commercials.

Been awhile, I’ve been re-thinking a lot of things lately..When the recession was beginning many months ago, I didn’t really think it would come to affect me like it has. On Tuesday, my father, who had been working in a company for 14 years was laid off. I haven’t really showed signs of it in my day to day activities, but inside im worried and scared..

Because my father only graduated high school and never got a degree, i dont think he will be able to find a replacement job that easily. I’m praying for some miracle to happen, because i don’t want to have to resort to dropping out of school to work to help pay off my parent’s house…

Has it already been 4 weeks since the semester started? wow time sure passes by…

truthfully, my mother has been staying at home these past weeks, so I’ve been spending more time with family and friends, and totally forgot about this blog… (sorry >.<)

so I’ve been visiting a variety of food places these weeks, most notably outback steakhouse, which has this very delicious coconut gold shrimp appetizer that i just adore!

other than that my semester has been moving along steadily, i’ve decided to switch my major to interactive digital media, not sure on an emphasis yet, but thanks to everyone who gave me some advice.

The Semester anyway…

this past monday i began my semester courses for this year… and because i failed a class.. i am on academic probation :[

the advisor suggested that i switch my major to something i would enjoy more...but that would mean less money.. so im  at the point where my choices are:

1. keep studying something i dont really enjoy - > make more money later at a job i hate

2. study something i like - > make less money later at a job i like

anyhow im still very worried about that >.< i need advice!

so the new anime season has started.. not much i have been looking forward to but i am enjoying..

Well break started a few days ago and so far i’ve passed 2/5 classes. doesn’t mean i failed the other 3 just, haven’t seen the grades posted is all…

I’m going to be going on a trip tomorrow and not sure when i will be back, i will have my lappy with me, so this site may gain an update or 2.. .i managed to upload the 2 new FF trailers, which are available in the forum for those who care..

I also bought prince of persia ps3 versioon and the collectors was the same price as normal… why would anyone buy the norm one then?

Well I apologize for the lack of updates, finals and what not have been real killer for me..

I actually don’t think i passed 2o f my classes, the course work was wayy too much of a challenge for me and I don’t think i was ready for them looking back…

i have a few more finals this coming week, then i should be done with the semester.

I don’t know how they’ll go, but i can only pray.

While i was away a few interesting things took place..

-New FF13 + versus 13 trailers!

- i bought a new hard-drive! internal this time, one of those WD green eco friendly types..

-Persona 4! it’s sitting on my shelf.. not sure if i will play it..

-also managed to pick up arcana heart, eternal poison, kingdom hearts : chain of memories, and okami. all for ps2, on the ps3 side i picked up valkyria chronicles and eternal sonata.

-alot of manga was also bought.. including dark-edge, wild ones, venus in love etc etc..

-i also picked up the 2 nana movies, girl who lept through time CE, and death note movie 1…

-Dragon Ball movie trailer! looks good, we’ll see how it is… i also went to see twilight and loved it…tho  i don’t know if i will read the books or not..

- i managed to pick up one of those murloc plushies and it is coming to my home son..

along with the Echos of WAr symphony CD colelction of Blizzard music.

not much else i can think of right now, still finishing up a project.. may update during the week.. happy holidays.

Well I’m finally back from my reunion with friends..

overall i found it enjoyable, we went out to eat, talked a bit, went around town and the mall, and for closing we saw twilight..

I have to adit, I’ve never been a fan of the books, or rather never read the books, but the movie did tempt me to, tho i hear the ending was subpar.

on black friday , i did manage to score osme deals, tho they were mostly for movies.. i picked up a few that i had been eyeing.. but it ended up racking up toward 400 or so..

i also bought a cute bear from borders.. and firefly season 1.. which i had been interested in for some time now..

Thanksgiving was the normal fair, me and the some of my family members had the traditional dinner and catching up on that usually happens..

But i feel really swamped, in just 8 hours or so I’m going to have work on a few homework projects I’ve been neglecting and a presentation, I’m not too inspired to do..

I’ ve been feeling ill this past week, don’t know what caused it, but i keep throwing up all the time..

I also did alot of late-night gaming last night and my face has dark spots under the eyes >.<

well as I’m typing this a face mask should do the trick and some face therapy via bath/lotions/massaing should fix it all.

I did manage to read about 2 interesting dramas, one is upcoming, the other is already airing.

The first is based on antique bakery with alot of pretty boys and what not, hoping to see that soon..

and the upcoming korean remake of hana yori dango! [boys oer flowers[ and this time with the good looking kim bum!

there are certainly other going-ons in the A-drama world too, 2 east of eden stars might be in love!

anyhow i feel like i haven’t been doing much with my time online these days.. maybe i should get one of these.

OH.. and happy 4th anniversary World of Warcraft! has it really been just 4 years? seems like longer..

Well i am headed out to pick up Wrath at the midnight release tomorrow night, have it reserved and everything. I’m very excited about it and hope it meets my expectations. In other news i have soo many reprots due soon, i feel swamped! A new semester is starting soon and im busy signing up for those classes too… >.<
